Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. How Access Works
cplOS sells one-month access passes on a per-subject basis. Each pass is a one-time payment that unlocks AI explanations, CX-3 sequences, and diagram walkthroughs for the subject you bought, for 30 days from the date of purchase. There is no automatic renewal — when your 30 days are up, your AI explanation access ends until you buy another pass. All chapters and questions remain free to practice without a pass.
2. Cancellation
Because each access pass is a one-time purchase rather than a recurring subscription, there is nothing to cancel — no further charges will be made after your 30 days end. You will simply lose AI explanation access for that subject unless you choose to buy another pass.
3. Refund Eligibility
If you are unsatisfied with your access pass, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided you have attempted fewer than 100 questions in the purchased subject. Refund requests made after 7 days or after attempting 100+ questions will not be eligible.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at help@cpl-os.com with your registered email address, the subject the pass was for, and your Razorpay order ID (visible on the Plans page). We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Free Content
All chapters and questions are free to practice without an access pass. We encourage you to try the platform and answer a few questions before buying a pass to ensure cplOS is the right fit for your preparation.
